After going to see the Valentino exhibition at Somerset house (which was amazing) I decided to hit the Vogue website and take a look at Valentino's S/S 13 Couture Show- and as usual, it did not fail to disappoint.
The consistent theme of birds was very prominent, even the models themselves were bird-like.
I have attached some images of my favourite dresses, as well as the make up and hair look of the show; which in comparison to the complexity of the detailed dresses, was very natural-almost Elf-like. The eyebrows were thick and youthful, the hair pulled into plaits with loose strands-symbolising innocence.
